Dr. Raj Mander BDS graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 2006.
Over the last 17 years, Dr. Mander has worked in a variety of dental practices predominantly in the North East of England and in more recent years in the South East.
Dr. Mander has vast experience in general dentistry including fillings, crowns, extractions, and dentures. In addition, Dr. Mander has undertaken continual professional development to enhance the service he provides to all his patients. He has a keen and active interest in complete smile makeovers, bespoke crowns, bridges and veneers, and quick orthodontics including Invisalign and Inman Aligners.
Dr. Mander and his highly professional team would be more than happy to guide you through your routine dental care and your ultimate aesthetic aims.
Upon graduating, Dr Jega worked in the Midlands and has recently moved back down to the South East of England. Her interest in Facial Aesthetics led her to train with some of the best in the industry, aiding her to provide individual, well-tailored treatment plans for her patients.
Her priority is making sure all her patients feel comfortable and understands that it all starts with listening to the patients concerns, needs and aspirations.
She is a dentist with an aesthetic eye and a passion for making her patients feel comfortable while looking and feeling their best.
Sylvia qualified as Zahnarzt (Dental Surgeon) in 2001 in Cologne.
After her exam she spent some time in the USA where she helped in a Dental Charity Hospital in Florida.
Having worked in Germany afterwards, Sylvia then moved to the UK in 2009 and worked in NHS and Private Practices throughout the UK with the majority of time being in Lincolnshire.
She is now pursuing her dream, relishing life in Sussex with her two small children.
As a Dental Health Professional, Sylvia’s main priority is patient care, and to achieve high levels of oral health through adopting a preventative approach with the aim to meet the routine and general dental care needs of her patients in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Sylvia has great enthusiasm in all aspects of dentistry and enjoys tailoring the best suitable treatment plan for each individual patient.
David graduated from The University of Edinburgh in 1992 and has spent the years since in General Dental Practice and Hospital both as an associate and practice owner. David has interests in both dentures and oral surgery but enjoys all other aspects of practice, particularly working with the team at Tarring Dental.
Anastasia graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2021 with BSc (Hons) in Dental Hygiene. After studying and working within the dental field for several years, Anastasia has become passionate about providing the upmost care for all of her patients. She strives to work collaboratively to aid patients within their journey to achieve not only a healthy, confident smile but also to inform them on how to contribute towards their overall health.
During her time away from the practice you can expect to find her either jetting off on her travels or showcasing her artistic interests whether that be creating, or visiting theatre, museums and much more.
Gemma qualified in 2004 from Kings College London as part of the GKT collaboration. Since then, she has worked locally as a dental hygienist.
She is passionate about the importance of preventative dentistry, particularly the prevention and treatment of periodontal disease. When Gemma isn’t working, or driving her children to various clubs, she enjoys watching movies, listening to music, exercising and exploring new places.
I am a qualified and GDC registered dental hygienist/therapist with a Bachelor’s degree from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India. I also have a masters degree in Public Health from University of Southampton.
I bring over 5 years of experience in dental field. I am a compassionate and detail-oriented healthcare professional dedicated in promoting oral health and hygiene. With a strong focus on patient care, I contribute to their overall health and well-being by providing preventive measures, patient education and high quality treatments.
In my spare time, I like to cook and host people. I also like to paint.
Emmi has been working in the Dental industry since 2007. She first qualified as a dental nurse in Australia and then moved to England in 2014.
She has a very clear approach and enjoys all aspects of dental nursing. In recent years, Emmi has become particularly interested in compliance, which led her to practice management.
Outside of work, Emmi enjoys spending time with her husband and walking their dog.
Ella is a qualified dental nurse at Tarring Dental and is excited to continue developing her career in dentistry. Alongside her clinical role, she also supports the team at reception using her strong administrative skills.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym and cooking.
Addie has been dental nursing for 3 years now and is loving it. She loves the variety and being a support for patients. Outside of work you’ll find her with her friends playing a board game, curled up with her cat and a movie, or swimming in the sea.
Lexi is a trainee dental nurse and is loving every minute of it—there’s always something new to learn, and she enjoys building her skills every day. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her out with friends or on a walk with her dog.
Minni has joined Tarring Dental after being in the hairdressing industry. She is now using her people skills and caring nature to help on reception.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and hairdressing.
