From the moment you first get in touch to the completion of your treatment, we strive for every experience to be positive and leave you happy to return for your dental needs in the future.

Your First Visit

The best way to make an examination appointment is online, for both new and existing patients. This gives you the opportunity to find the available date and time that is most convenient for you. We do also welcome you to contact us via email or phone call, particularly if you are a new patient and have any questions or concerns.

Your first appointment is slightly longer than your subsequent ones will be, as we take the time to get to know you and your teeth. We ask some questions about your dental history, any problems you have encountered in the past and how you feel about visiting the dentist. We also ask if there is anything you want to change about your smile, or achieve from your dental treatment.

We carry out a full examination of your teeth and gums, with additional x-rays taken if needed at an extra cost. If we find anything that needs treatment, we formulate a treatment plan, letting you know what we need to do and an expected timeframe. We may also suggest you book a hygiene appointment.

Following your first visit, we make appointments for your further treatment and hygiene visit, if applicable, and ensure you have the opportunity to ask us any questions.
